Entered Wrong Address At Checkout
Contact us within 1 - 2 hours of purchasing your item so we can update your address. Once the order goes into production we CANNOT change this, therefore you will be responsible for repurchasing another item with the correct address.
Shipped To Non-Existent/Non-Applicable Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Lost In Transit
If your item is lost in transit we will send another at a charge of shipping only.
Missing Item After Delivery
We are not responsible for items that state "delivered" and are nowhere to be found. We are not responsible for items that are stolen upon delivery. You will have to repurchase.
Tracking
You will be sent an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped! Follow the link we provide to you or ask for tracking to be sent!
Why Wasn’t Tracking Provided?
Not all shipping methods include tracking information. You can contact the shop to see if they have tracking information for your
order.
